Silk and Calais lace are living materials that require tenderness:

• Drying: Never use a tumble dryer. Lay it flat, away from direct sunlight to preserve the vibrancy of the powder pink.
• Ironing: Light steaming or ironing on the reverse side with a very gentle iron while the silk is still slightly damp.
