Your custom-made lingerie in 5 steps
Our workshops are located in Nice, so unfortunately it is not possible to meet all of our clients in person.
Below you will find the list of steps necessary to offer you 100% personalized lingerie pieces.

1 - Choice of fabrics
This first step is one of the most important. Indeed, the choice of fabric will influence the type of lingerie we can offer you.
Depending on their degree of stretch, the designs may need to be rethought. For example, if you like polka dot silk panties and our supplier only has non-stretch silks, we will need to find a solution so that the panties can be put on without ripping and still stay in place.
In addition to this technical aspect, the choice of fabric is especially important for its aesthetic appeal.
In that regard, what type of silk do you prefer? Patterned? Plain?
What color lace do you like? Light, dark?
To meet your needs , we offer three solutions :
- an appointment directly at our silk supplier's premises in Nice
- a video appointment
- Sending samples ( form to be completed)

2 - Choosing the model and finishes
After considering the choice of fabric, you will have the opportunity to choose the model you wish to have made especially for the occasion.
You have two options:
- choose a shape from those offered on the e-shop
- request the creation of a specific product (bodysuit, kimono, nightgown, etc.)
We will of course support you through your preferred communication channels, in order to guide you in your choices.
Then, depending on your choices, we can offer you additional finishes according to your tastes:
- creation of silk suspenders
- gold or silver color adjustment rings
- charm selection
- embroidery of your initials on the pouch

3 - Sending the quote
After defining your exact needs , we will send you an email with a quote indicating precisely the parts we propose to create for you, as well as their characteristics which we will have previously defined.
If you accept, a 30% deposit will be required at the start of the service and the balance will be paid at the end of the service, after the final invoice has been sent.

4 - The making
Now that the quote has been approved, all that remains is to move on to the manufacturing stage.
Each week we list our orders to fulfill and prioritize them according to your needs.
All the manufacturing of your lingerie pieces is done:
- within the time frame agreed between the client and Bucolik' (from 1 week to several months, as in the case of a wedding)
- in our workshop located in Nice

5 - Delivery
Now that the manufacturing is complete, we will send you your order as soon as possible .
If you live in the Nice area, you will be able to request a hand delivery at the day and time that suits you.
For all other destinations, both in France and worldwide, delivery will be made via Colissimo . In urgent cases, Chronopost shipping is available; your satisfaction is our primary objective.
